  1. Can I still earn points after my order?

    Yes! As long as you have your receipt, you can scan it in the app to earn points, even after your order is completed, for up to 72 hours after it was originally placed.

  2. When will I see my rewards points after placing an order?

    While we can’t provide an exact timeline due to program limitations, points and rewards will be added shortly after your order is completed when account details match.

  3. Why didn't I automatically receive points for my order?

    This usually happens for one of the following reasons:

    1. You checked out as a guest
    2. Your email or phone number didn't match your rewards account
    3. You ordered through a third-party delivery app

    In all of these cases, you can still scan your receipt in the app to earn your points.

  4. What's the easiest way to make sure I always earn points?

    Always log in before placing your order, and make sure the email or phone number on your account matches your Southern Classic Chicken rewards account.

  5. Can I use multiple rewards on one order?

    No. Special rewards such as sign-up or birthday offers cannot be combined with banked rewards or other promotional rewards, and only one promotional reward may be used per order.

  6. How do I earn loyalty points when I order on southernclassicchicken.com?

    If you're logged into your account and your email or phone number matches your Southern Classic Chicken rewards account, you'll automatically earn points after your order is completed.

  7. Do I earn points if I check out as a guest during online ordering?

    No — guest orders do not automatically earn points. To receive credit, simply save your receipt and scan it in the Southern Classic Chicken app.

  8. Do I earn points on delivery orders placed through your website or app?

    Yes, you earn points when you order through our website or app and your account details match your rewards account. Points are added automatically, even if you choose delivery.

  9. Do I earn points on orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other delivery apps?

    No, you do not earn points on orders placed directly through third-party delivery services like DoorDash or Uber Eats, whether the order is for delivery or pickup.

  10. What is the difference between Reward Dollars and Offers?

    Reward Dollars are like cash. For every 75 points you earn from purchases, birthdays, anniversaries, referrals, and other loyalty opportunities, you receive $5 in Reward Dollars. Your balance appears in the app and can be redeemed at checkout to put towards your check’s total.

    Offers are limited-time promotions that typically include expiration dates and specific terms. At this time, the only offer Southern Classic Chicken provides is the Sign-Up Reward. More offers are expected to become available in the future, so stay tuned.

  11. What incentive will I receive when I sign up for the loyalty program?

    Immediately after signing up, you will receive a Sign-Up Reward notification by email and a badge on the Rewards page in the app.The offer becomes redeemable shortly after enrollment and remains valid for 60 days.

  12. What are Anniversary Points?

    On your one-year anniversary, we thank you for being a loyal member by automatically adding 25 points to your rewards balance.

  13. What are Birthday Points?

    We celebrate your birthday by awarding 25 points during your birthday month. These points are automatically added to your account and are valid for 60 days.

  14. What are Referral Points?

    Under the "More" tab in the app, you will find an "Invite Friend" link that provides a unique referral code. Share this code directly or through the built-in email feature. When your friend uses the code to create a loyalty account, you will automatically receive 20 points in your rewards balance.

  15. Do my Reward Dollars expire?

    Yes. Reward Dollars earned through purchases must be used within 365 days from the date they are earned, or they will expire.

  16. How do group orders work with rewards?

    The person who places and pays for the order will earn the points, provided they are logged in with a matching account. Other participants won't earn points unless they place their own separate orders.

  1. How do I download your app?

    You can download our app by visiting the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, or click this link to be routed to our App page with direct download links.

  2. How do I place an order in the app?

    Start by selecting a location, then choose whether you want pickup or delivery. Next, select your items, review your order, and proceed to checkout to place your order.

  3. What information do I need to make sure my app account earns points?

    Make sure the email address or phone number in your app account matches exactly what is on file in your Southern Classic Chicken rewards account. Any mismatch will prevent automatic point accumulation.

  4. How do I scan a receipt in the Southern Classic Chicken app?

    Open the app, go to the Rewards section, tap “Earn,” and choose the option to scan or upload your receipt. After verification, your points will be added to your account, usually within a short time after submission.

  5. Can I choose between pickup and delivery?

    Yes, if available at that location, you can choose either pickup or delivery when starting your order, and you can change this option anytime before completing checkout.

  6. Can I schedule my order for later?

    Yes, you can choose “ASAP” for immediate orders or select “Schedule” to choose a specific date and time.

  7. How do I select a location?

    You can search for locations or browse nearby stores based on your distance. If location services are enabled on your device and permission is granted, the app will automatically show the closest location to you, and any favorite locations you’ve selected will appear at the top. Each location will also indicate whether it offers pickup, delivery, or both.

  8. How do I customize my order?

    When selecting a menu item, you can choose options like meat selection, sides, and other choices before adding it to your basket. Please note that some limited substitutions may be available in the app but are subject to pricing changes.

  9. Can I update my order after placing it?

    Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. You may need to contact the store directly for assistance.

  10. How do I apply rewards or offers?

    During checkout, go to the “Redeem” section to select and apply any eligible rewards or offers to your order.

  11. How do I enter a coupon code?

    Coupon codes are not currently supported in the app. If this feature becomes available in the future, you will be able to apply a coupon code during checkout before placing your order.

  12. Where can I see my total before placing an order?

    Your total, including taxes, will be displayed on the “Review & Pay” screen before you place your order

  13. What are special instructions for delivery?

    You can include notes for your driver, such as gate codes, directions, or where to leave your order.

  14. What is contactless delivery?

    Contactless delivery allows your order to be left at your door without direct interaction with the driver.

  15. How do I view my past orders?

    You can view your order history in the app under the “Account History” section.

  16. Can I reorder a previous order?

    Yes, you can quickly reorder from your past orders by selecting a previous order and choosing the reorder option.

  17. What is the difference between Recent and Favorite orders?

    Recent orders show your order history, while Favorites allow you to quickly access and reorder items you’ve saved.

  18. How do I manage my profile information?

    You can update your personal details by going to the “Profile” section in the app.

  19. Where can I manage my payment methods?

    You can add or update payment methods in the “Manage Payments” section of the app.

  20. How do I contact customer support?

    You can provide feedback or reach out through the “Restaurant Feedback” section in the app.

  21. Can I invite friends to the app?

    Yes, you can invite friends through the “Invite Friends” feature available in the app.
